As a connoisseur of cannabis products and someone who has worked in the industry for over a decade, its no small feat to become my favorite dispensary to go to here in Tacoma. Danks in Tacoma has the absolute friendliest and most helpful staff, from security guards to budtenders and management, everyone I have interacted with here is top tier at customer service. The store has a good layout and everything is easy to see without feeling like certain items are being kept away. The website is very well done and intuitive to use. I have started using the app as well and while I appreciate the idea of a dedicated app, the app in it's current state is still a bit in beta it seems and needs some kinks worked out such as correct tagging /streamline tagging of weights, weights not showing up for some products, and occasionally items refusing to populate in my cart. Those issues though are going to be common with any company rolling out a new app and I do not fault danks the dispensary for this in any way as they are very open to feedback and understanding. I just hope to see some improvements roll out in the future. The last thing I'll say about danks is that they're very honest and transparent. One of the things I really appreciate is that they have very fair pricing and frequently have sales. I appreciate when bartenders explain some product is discounted further because it might be a little bit older or things like that and I find that to be the reason why I continue to come back. This is the best shop in the area!

Dank's is hands down one of the best places around! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere, excellent customer service, and attention to detail. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. Everything was high quality, reasonably priced, and exceeded my expectations. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. I highly recommend Dank's to anyone looking for a great experience and outstanding service. I'll definitely be coming back!
